These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.ayamodesty.com. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

AYA MODESTY is not VAT registered and does not have a company registration number.
PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.
Minor variations in colour, texture, stitching or finish are not considered defects where they are consistent with the nature of the fabric.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
Your order is accepted once it has been processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment has not been authorised or an error has occurred.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
AYA MODESTY is not VAT registered. International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes must be entered before checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Codes may be limited in duration, excluded from certain products and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where necessary.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We deliver worldwide. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by customs, local carriers, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
AYA MODESTY is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
For most online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To request a return, contact info.ayamodesty@gmail.com before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Returned items should be complete, unworn and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags attached. Customers may inspect an item as they would in a physical shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund.
Items showing stains, makeup, marks, damage, washing, alteration, wear or odours may be considered diminished in value.
Where an item is supplied in sealed packaging for genuine health or hygiene reasons, it cannot be returned after the hygiene seal has been opened, unless the item is faulty.
Hijab boxes and bundles must be returned complete with every item included.
NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges, including exchanges for a different colour.
If eligible, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred colour. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
RETURN COSTS AND REFUNDS
Unless an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.
When an entire eligible order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional costs for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect and include your order number and clear photographs.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs, designs, logos, branding, text and content appearing on this website belong to AYA MODESTY or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
AYA MODESTY is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from personal use of the website or products. Products must be used and cared for according to any instructions supplied.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The version published at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
