These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through www.ayamodesty.com. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

AYA MODESTY is not registered as a limited company and is not registered for VAT.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present our products, colours, measurements and descriptions accurately.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Minor variations in colour, texture, stitching or finish are not considered defects when consistent with the nature of the fabric.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
An order is accepted once it has been processed and dispatched. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, customer information is incomplete or an error has occurred.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
AYA MODESTY is not registered for VAT. International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees charged by their destination country.
PROMOTIONS
Promotional codes must be entered before checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Discount codes may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spends, product exclusions or other conditions. Unless expressly stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
DELIVERY
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND HYGIENE
We do not offer direct exchanges.
For hygiene reasons, hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene tag or seal has been removed.
Any eligible return must remain unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags and hygiene seals intact.
Items containing makeup, stains, oils, perfume, smoke, body odour, damage or other signs of wear will not be accepted where permitted by law.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
The hygiene restriction does not apply to items that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, incorrect or not as described.
Please contact info.ayamodesty@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs so that we can investigate and offer an appropriate solution.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
REFUNDS AND RETURN COSTS
Unless an item is faulty, damaged upon arrival or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.
HIJAB BOXES AND BUNDLES
Boxes and bundles must be returned complete. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately unless faulty or otherwise required by law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs, designs, logos, branding and original written content displayed on this website belong to AYA MODESTY or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
AYA MODESTY is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from personal use of the website or products. Products must be used and cared for in accordance with any instructions supplied.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The version published at the time of an order will apply to that purchase.
